Refund policy

While we strive to provide an exceptional customer experience, we reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, and/or alterations that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation

All sales are final. No cancellations or changes are allowed after payment confirmation.

Return, Exchange, & Alteration

Kindly note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, and/or alterations.

In the case of damaged/wrong items, an exchange may be offered, but no refund.
The items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Please note that this MUST be done on same day of product delivery.

In the case of customized items, we do not offer extra alterations/fixing. Please make sure all provided measurements/lengths are correct.

In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
